“I used the online service to book my car in.  I had a query about early opening times and received a response the next day which was great.  Upon arrival once open I was seen to quickly.  I had mentioned that I felt my brake pads and discs may need changing.  As expected due to my first service last year, I was not ripped off as have previously been with using another car manufacturer and was informed that only my pads needed doing and the discs were fine.  Service was of good quality, fairly priced and will definitely continue to use Haynes and also recommend”.

“I have always found Haynes professional and efficient but I was particularly impressed at the way they have approached the current Covid 19 virus issue.  I had to take my car in for a MOT on the Thursday following the PM’s announcement regarding staying at home (not applying to car MOTs before the end of the month).  They had a hands free sanitizer as you entered the building (the doors are automatic) a clear approach to the service desk and queuing system (but there were no other customers when I arrived) and obviously understood the 2m rule and the concerns of customers”.
