“I work full time so it was quite difficult to get in and fill our paperwork but the Salesperson worked around times I could do and had most things set up so I would have time to fill everything out, communication was also excellent.”

“I’m pleased with the overall service provided.  The Salesman was very clued up about the car and its specifications.  I wasn’t really sure what specification to go for but the Salesman ran through all the options available until I found a car to suit.  I picked up my new Focus in good time and have been very happy since.  My wife recently bought the new Fiesta Eco Boost from the same Salesman.  She also commented on the great service provided.  Well done to the Salesman at Haynes, Maidstone.”

“When we purchased our Focus one year ago, we have had no issues with our vehicle.  Our car went in for its one year check and I was pleased to receive the call from Ford (I would have forgotten!).  The Dealership were helpful in terms of collecting the vehicle from my home address and it came back quickly.  The staff, both on the phone when booking the car in and the people that collected and dropped back the car, were polite, helpful and friendly.  I would definitely not hesitate to use Haynes again”.

The service itself was carried out in less time than originally suggested, the car was cleaned inside and out and my arrival time of 9.00am was accommodated into the schedule allowing me to return to Canterbury early. I spent a while in the waiting area and during this time the conversations of the Service Department to other customers in person and on the phone were polite and informative, building on the no doubt excellent relations with customers.  We are delighted with the car itself, being everything and more that the Salesman explained at the time of purchase”.
