“I think it was a great advantage for your sales team that you had a female member of staff.  I had been to three Ford dealerships previous and all the male sales assistants tried to sell me products and makes of vehicles I didn’t need or want and I ended up walking away.  I found the whole process easier with a female assistant.  She listened to what I wanted and I walked away with everything I wanted and what I had in mind to get”.

“My experience dealing with the sales person was excellent.  He was not only polite, courteous and engaging but he also had very good product knowledge.  If I was to employ someone in this industry, he would certainly be top of my list and is a credit to Haynes of Maidstone.  The whole sales process was a joy and I can’t think of anything negative to say”.
