“The building itself is very well laid out, nice and light.  There is always a warm welcome from all of the staff that work there.  The first thing they always ask you after your enquiry is “would you like a hot drink” which is very nice and welcoming.  Our Sales Executive is a very nice person.  She always lets us know what she is doing during the process and we also have a laugh which makes you feel more relaxed.  There is nothing more that you can do to improve Haynes of Maidstone”
