“Overall great service”.

“Excellent as always”.

“I asked for the car to be ready by 2.30pm as I needed to collect my children from school.  Despite being told they were busy that day, the car was ready by 1.30pm which just made life easier for me”.

“The Sales Executive was very good and pleasant and handing over my new car was great, showing me all the controls”.

“I was kept informed and times were kept to a minimum”.

“Haynes are excellent at customer service.  I was booked in for a warranty job which was due to be done first thing in the morning.  For personal reasons I wasn’t able to get there but on telephoning them they said ‘no bother come in after lunch’.  Not all dealers are that friendly, understanding and accommodating”.
