I had to take my car in for a MOT on the Thursday following the PM’s announcement regarding staying at home (not applying to car MOTs before the end of the month). They had a hands free sanitizer as you entered the building (the doors are automatic) a clear approach to the service desk and queuing system (but there were no other customers when I arrived) and obviously understood the 2m rule and the concerns of customers”.
