“I used the online service to book my car in.  I had a query about early opening times and received a response the next day which was great.  Upon arrival once open I was seen to quickly.  I had mentioned that I felt my brake pads and discs may need changing.  As expected due to my first service last year, I was not ripped off as have previously been with using another car manufacturer and was informed that only my pads needed doing and the discs were fine.  Service was of good quality, fairly priced and will definitely continue to use Haynes and also recommend”.
