“The reception area is comfortable and welcoming.  Early opening at 7.30 meant the car could be dropped off enabling me to get to work on time.  Sitting down and being able to talk face to face with the reception staff meant any issues could be discussed without the feeling that you were being rushed out.  The work was completed in line with the schedule and completed in line with the agreed time I had asked to be able to collect the car.  Upon collecting the vehicle, I was given a detailed breakdown of the work completed together with any issues which may need attention.  Overall my experience was that I was a valued customer”.
