Excellent customer service. Busy when we dropped off my Focus early in the morning but everyone still polite and attentive. Received a video call during the day as the car was having a Service and MOT.  Received a follow up call saying that all was well and MOT certificate in place and ready for collection.”

Always easy to book my cars; we have three Fords that Haynes maintain and they understand our requirements. Everything ready when dropping the car off, courtesy car. clean inside and out, received a video health check and a call when the car was ready.
