“Have been very impressed with Haynes of Maidstone since buying our Focus from them just over 2 years ago.  The initial buying process was handled very professionally with lots of help and follow up phone calls to check all was ok.  When the service is due, they collect and drop the car back, saving us lots of time and juggling trying to arrange for both myself and my husband to be around to take it over to Haynes.  They also wash the car which is brilliant.  We have had a follow up e-mail from Haynes to check the service and MOT went ok which is always much appreciated.  We have bought cars from 2 other Ford dealers but the service wasn’t a patch on Haynes.  Will definitely buy from Haynes again.  Excellent dealership”.
