“The moment we stepped into the showroom we were greeted with knowledgeable and professional people.  We were not pounced on instantly (for a sale) but when we were ready for help a sales person was there.  From when I placed my order for the car, I was kept up dated by emails and telephone calls on my car’s progress.  When it finally arrived, I was talked through how everything worked on the car, signed papers and a smooth handover was done.  I was very impressed with the service I received and would not hesitate to use Ford again”.
