“The service was done in a timely manner and one of the reception personnel inquired about progress on my vehicle without being asked. Which was very good of them. Was also offered coffee or cold water while I waited.”

(My experience with my previous Ford dealership was so bad, staff on the phone were surly and unhelpful, you had to put your keys in a box and not speak to anyone when you arrived, and staff were very unhelpful when collecting the vehicle).
