I was trying to understand the invoice because I felt there was a discrepancy. He very helpfully and politely went through the invoice with me and explained everything in full and dealt with the situation very respectfully. As a long standing client (30 years) I have always received a good service from Haynes, but on this occasion the customer service was specifically excellent because of the extra help I needed, and it was very much appreciated so thank you very much!!”
