We chatted about things and he agreed my issue with the car was unusual; a colleague of his had a look, too; it was decided to book the car in to be looked at so I drove round to Main Reception and he stayed with me while the car was booked in. It was nice that I was made welcome and felt very comfortable with all the staff in whatever department. There was no pressure about time or anything else put on me; I know I can pop in with whatever concern I have about the car and it will be sorted out.”
