He found answers to questions that he did not know the answer to at first and we were impressed with the experience considering he had only been with Ford for a month. All paperwork processes were swift and easy to understand. Working in the industry myself, our salesman tailored the experience which made it easy for us and we are pleased to have been able to purchase through our local centre. Feedback regarding the charger – The EV install is relatively easy and partnering with Octopus matches the smooth experience as they are also easy to deal with.”

On completion I was advised of the results and any cautionary matters before paying for the service I had received again in a friendly professional way.”

“The service department is staffed by polite, friendly, knowledgeable people who appear to really know their job and care about customer service. They called me about extra work, rear brake pads and discs. They emailed me full details, I approved it and the work was still completed on time. They also cleaned the car at no cost. The vehicle had its first MOT at the same time, after ** miles. The fact that it passed is testament to the quality of their previous servicing.”

“I was invited to a special sales event at the Ford dealer. I met the salesman, who was a very knowledgeable and friendly person. I was shown several formats of the vehicle that I was interested in the showroom. Whilst doing this my vehicle was checked in regard to becoming a part exchange. It was nice that I was made welcome and felt very comfortable with all the staff in whatever department. There was no pressure about time or anything else put on me; I know I can pop in with whatever concern I have about the car and it will be sorted out.”
