(its a working vehicle and losing it for a day each time a recall occurs is simply not viable).  I got a call as soon as the vehicle was ready for collection as requested, which I appreciated. Really need to mention the Service Advisor, who was outstanding, his customer care is first class, from a cup of coffee to arranging for my car to be washed, and pairing my mobile phone, for my money he is a keeper, and an asset to Ford.
